**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in existing and new markets.
- Lead the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing brand initiatives, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Drive the digital transformation of marketing efforts, leveraging data analytics and digital marketing tools to optimize performance.
- Guide the localization of marketing efforts to resonate with diverse cultures and consumer preferences in target countries.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Oversee market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in different regions.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and media partners.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in consumer brand marketing and regional expansion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and ability to drive innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
