Our client is a prominent 3PL Logistics company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the contract warehousing space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage operations excellence and setting strong structural systematic SOPs and to continue to improve in order to achieve maximum output with most efficient ways
- Forwarding and in-depth knowledge of the contract logistics business and market
- Set operations team goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed
- Develop and manage operating budgets
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles

**Key Requirements**:

- 8-12 years of operations experience with a core focus in the logistics and warehousing space
- Proven success in the forwarding and contract logistics space would be highly desirable
- Proven track record of operations excellence and setting SOPs within warehouse operations with experience across the various forwarding and logistics stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the forwarding and contract logistics market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
