**About Our Client**:
Our client is q part of the largest energy conglomerates in Indonesia which focuses on the new green energy business line. With competitive objective to to become the largest global producer of white pellets, our client is looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will be looking after the whole operations within the business from upstream to downstream.
- Formulate and implement operational strategies in line with the company's objectives to stimulate growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Supervise various departments such as operations, finance, human resources, and technology to ensure smooth collaboration and performance.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive team to establish performance goals, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize operations, cut costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships to support the company's growth.
- Actively participate in overseeing the factory construction process with the project team to ensure timely completion.
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, while a master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in executive leadership roles such as COO or Vice President of Operations, showcasing a deep understanding of business operations, process improvement, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee various departments including operations, finance, human resources, and technology.
- Strong leadership and management acumen, evidenced by a history of driving organizational transformation and cultivating a collaborative work environment.
