Civil Engineer

Job description:

- Work on the engine detail design and align it with the conceptual design
- Develop a specific project procedure for the work to be done.
- Interpret project requirements, identify and handle design parameters and engineering issues and ensure solutions are implemented.
- Ensure that all justifications for contract variation during the project can be maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.
- Engage in evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work throughout the project schedule.
- Engage and manage third party suppliers / contractors to ensure all equipment and buildings are in line with the objectives.
- Supports cost control and forecasting activities in engineering disciplines
- Ensure that progress updates are a representation of the accuracy of actual physical progress.
- Analyze the specifications and construction data and perform mathematical calculations to determine the materials, equipment, and human resource requirements for the project schedule.
