Ran Planning Engineer

Job Description

Ensure RAN Performance KPI are produced with correct and agreed targets/SLA with vendors

Strong coordination with suppliers for timely performance reports generation purpose

Should be able to analyze reports & summarize conclusions in pro-active manner

Conduct analysis of network performance reports and traffic patterns to evaluate real time network capacity and propose capacity enhancements, as & when required

Conduct technical and feasibility studies for new products and services and produce feasibility report

Produce Functional and Technical Specification documents for new products and services

Participate in cross functional meetings with key stakeholders involved in the development and deployment of network services in order to define best solutions for existing, as well as new products and services

Requirement

Have experience using RF Design Tool 9955

Have experience in capacity assessment (CS, PS traffic, Users, THP) for Capacity Expansion (Newsite, Capacity Upgrade, Sector Addition) 2G & 4G

Have experience working in planning of Merge Indosat - Three Project

Able to prepare Site Low Level Design & Parameter Planning for Newsite, Capacity Upgrade, Sector Addition

Good Presentation skills

Understand the layering concept for customer Multi-Band Load Balancing
