**We will count on you to**:
- Undertake Property and Business Interruption risk assessment and loss control surveys and produce reports to Marsh and international best practice standards
- Deliver risk management and loss prevention advice, including provision of timely advice and appropriate internal and external training
- Assist Clients in managing their risks effectively by identifying and prioritizing the areas for risk improvement
- Work with Marsh associates to develop new business opportunities including identifying Clients' specific risk management needs, developing risk solutions and participating actively in Client Request For Proposal (RFPs) and Tenders
- Provide support to other Marsh offices throughout Asia as required
- Provide peer support to other Marsh Advisory Consultants in the aspects of risk management and loss prevention
**What you need to have**:
- Working experience as a Risk/Loss Control Engineer or Surveyor for at least 2-3 years, mainly in Property and Business Interruption risk engineering. Experience in providing technical expert advice to clients on risk controls and fire protection systems.
- Independent, highly motivated, proactive and an aptitude for acquiring new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all level of personnel, comfortable leading presentations and running risk assessment or similar workshops within clients' businesses
- Able and willing to travel extensively
- Proficient in MS Office, namely Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Able to build and strengthen relationships with team members - both internal and external.
- Well organized and disciplined, ability to manage time, work on multiple client projects and maintain delivery excellence.
- Effective team player, working collaboratively with colleagues.
- Specialised knowledge within one or more industry sectors (energy sector, manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, etc.)
- Working knowledge of standards and codes relevant to safety, health and environment will be an advantage
