Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor, your will be the ambassador of our luxury brand, to ensure all the customers get the best experience in our boutique, so they will get what they needed and you will achieve your goals as well.

This role will responsible to:
1. Welcoming the customer, provide the best services based on the brand standard.

2. Advise customer with product information and categories.

3. Maintain relationship with customer.

4. Handling customers' enquiries and complaints.

5. Acknowledge customers' need and encourage them to purchase the products.

6. Perform routine product merchandise and stocking process.

7. Follow the brand /company SOP and regulation.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Magang, Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Gaji: Rp5.500.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
