Position Overview: As a Client Operations Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new customers to the company's products and services. Serving as a single point of contact for client teams, you will facilitate onboarding processes, address queries, and act as an internal liaison between Business Development and Operations.
Responsibilities: Client Onboarding: Collaborate with Business Development to understand client requirements. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers. Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the operational phase. Single Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for client teams, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support. Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to enhance the client experience. Bridge the gap between Business Development and Operations teams, ensuring alignment on client expectations. Provide feedback from client interactions to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders and follow through to resolution. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress. Generate regular reports for internal teams to assess onboarding efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field. 3 years of experience in client support or operations roles. Excellent Business level communications in Bahasa Indonesia and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
