The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Marketing Solutions team in Indonesia is a strategic and forward-thinking professional who places our partners' businesses at the core of our operations. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be recognized as a platform and product expert, and demonstrate strong skills in strategy, and measurement to top marketers in the Indonesian market. With a proven understanding of both performance and brand marketing, this role is responsible to nurture and develop trusted client relationships, build innovative solutions, drive revenue through strategic selling, and optimize complex opportunities. A keen understanding and interest in leveraging data and analytics to build solutions for partners is essential. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, educating advertisers, and ensuring advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, and measurement skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving, team-focused environment.

**Client Solutions Manager Responsibilities**:

- Independently own Account/Portfolio strategy development both from strategic and tactical angle
- Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
- Oversee internal account operations and execution
- Project Management and Internal Operations Project manage complex & dynamic work streams
- Management build and manage relationships with key clients and business partners
- Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
- Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation
- Ability to travel

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing and/or account management roles
- Work with key stakeholders at clients and media agencies
- Problem solving experience, navigating complexity
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives
- Demonstrate excellent command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to effectively communicate, write, and comprehend complex concepts in both languages.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- E-commerce / digital natives Industry experience is a plus
- Deep understanding of Meta's products & solutions
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, creator partnerships)
