**What you'll do**:
Reporting to the Global Head of Programmatic, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering a world class service - working closely with account directors, planners and client, you will communicate effectively providing actionable campaign insights strategic direction and keeping stakeholders informed of all key trends and challenges within the programmatic media space.
- You will be an expert in explaining difficult data led concepts and analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell new tests to the client.
- You will act as a point of escalation for all top line programmatic queries and troubleshooting problems, deep-dives and be considered as an expert in programmatic strategy and planning, therefore platform (DV360, CM, and others) knowledge, strong understanding of industry trends is a must.
- You will assist at the planning stage to ensure the FYND's programmatic offering is consider from a strategic growth process and act as the advocate to push our internal programmatic solutions by having constructive data led discussions.
- You will also be responsible to plan, co-ordinate and produce the programmatic media output of the monthly and or quarterly business review, as well as ad hoc requests such as PCA documents, and be required to present to the client.
- Drive business growth - the growth of our programmatic business depends on the increased adoption of our internal services (FYND Media), you will understand the client benefits of all our business models, products and services and upsell wherever possible. You will maintain and track revenue growth by client's investment into FYND Media solutions.
- Demonstrate programmatic leadership - you will need a high-level knowledge of programmatic technology and industry to help champion programmatic investment with the agency account teams and with the end client. Working with FYND's Programmatic trading team, Technology and Data teams to better understand our USP to up-sell and improve solutions based on market trends. Ensure a complete understanding of end-to-end programmatic strategy and planning from a commercial and revenue front is adopted.
- You will be able to explain difficult technical and data led analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell ideas. You will take constructive account team feedback and other external partner information to FYND colleagues to help improve service and offerings.
- Working with internal departments as well as your own research and knowledge, rapidly learning and articulating new value propositions and building case studies and other relevant material to drive client investment in our programmatic solutions.
- You will help assist in new business pitches by co-ordinating and gathering relevant data to build programmatic sales deck to demonstrate FYND Media's capabilities. You will work with the wider marketing and new business teams to create sales material such as case studies, when required.
**What you'll bring**:
- Solid Experience in the field of Programmatic and or agency client servicing role.
- A proactive, self-starter individual who can use their own initiative to spot and leverage opportunities via innovation and forward-thinking and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Application of industry & technical knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models.
- Strong programmatic knowledge to discuss programmatic solutions. A deep understanding of our competitor's programmatic solutions to be able to convey our USPs versus theirs to planning teams.
- Experience working with programmatic planning across Display, Video, Mobile CTV, Audio, DOOH a plus
- Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus
- Working knowledge of key programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk), Ad servers, Mobile Measurement tools would be beneficial.
- Excellent communicator at all managerial and leadership level, with the ability to explain key concepts and strategies in a compelling way by tailoring our message as a convincing story to the audience.
- Time management is a must, as you will be working with various accounts teams and juggling various queries.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, especially in presentation skills to different stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with excel and data, and explaining data led insights which are digestible and actionable.
