Clinical Informatics Officer (Pharmacy)

Proposed Jobscope

Develop strategic plans regarding pharmacy module and information management:
1. Finetune current workflow of e-precription and medication module

2. Create and manage inventory module for ALL possible field using pharmacy background on stock management and all new possible modules related to pharmacy.

3. Create and manage stock procurement process design via digital system

4. Manage future interaction & integration (user request) with key players in pharmaceutical industry with regards to new system design and current system maintenance.

5. Fine tune and manage terminologies adopted in Ecosys|HIE|HER related to pharmacy field

Expectation from future CIO Pharmacy

1. Strong background knowledge on pharmaceutical industry

2. Good understanding of pharmacy workflow from stock procurement, medication request process, and medication dispense process as well as logistic aspect of medication.

3. Incline / willing to learn new knowledge outside of pharmaceutical knowledge (especially knowledge on IT related field.

4. Good command of English language.

5. Willing to travel out of country for overseas project.
