Job Responsibility Collection Strategy Circle Lead: Job Description In charge of collection reports to support management and operational needs. In charge of allocation strategy and target setting for the operational team. Monitor and analyze collection performance , including but not limited to flow rate and operational performance. Propose, assist, and or coordinate projects and experiments to improve the performance of collection. Requirements Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university Minimum 3 years experience in collection strategy and MIS (Retail Lending in banking or fintech). Strong in number, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Proactive, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
