Job Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial execution through business intelligence, data analytics, formalization of business processes, tactical planning and commercial excellence activities.
- Drive structured management reporting via monthly analytics dashboards to facilitate leadership decision-making.
- Drive user adoption and training on new analytical models, tools and reporting dashboards.
- Support to design, review, and run the incentive scheme, reward and recognition programs to boost productivity.
- Monitor customer orders against demand forecasts, and in-market sales on a weekly and monthly basis and highlight potential gaps for further actions.
- Work closely with relevant teams to implement Commercial Excellence programs to drive competitive advantage and program management mechanisms / dashboards against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop presentations and reports for business reviews, strategic plans, and initiatives, along with other management presentations.
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams to provide actionable insights from commercial data/ business reports to drive growth within SEASA cluster.
- Use MS Excel, Power BI, and/or other data analytics tools to support business intelligence needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in data analysis and business operations
- Analytical with the ability to derive insight and formulate recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver formal presentations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to present and influence stakeholders
- Experience in distributor/ channel partner performance management through KPIs will advantageous
