**About the Role**

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure that account plans are implemented and aligned with client objectives
- Client Relationship Management
- Leverage external networks to further sales and business development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the market
- Assisting in the sourcing, listing, and selling and leasing of commercial properties across Jabodetabek
- Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
- Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
- Conducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
- Delivering market knowledge and advice to clients

**What You Will Need**
- A minimum of 3 years experience in managing commercial accounts (Retail, Office Space, Warehouse) or B2B Role
- Excellent communication skill with the ability to converse with diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ideally equipped with a Bachelor Degree in Business or similar degree.
