**Responsibilities**:
- Take charge of the supply side of the Flight product, working closely with the product and strategy teams to optimize revenue streams and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing sources and explore new avenues for growth.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to extract meaningful insights from various data sources.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of revenue and growth initiatives, providing actionable recommendations.
- Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape within the aviation industry.
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for product differentiation to stay ahead in the market.
- Work on pricing strategies and revenue optimization models to ensure competitive yet profitable positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing adjustments and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate effectively with the strategy, product, and marketing teams to align revenue and growth objectives with overall business goals.

**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university or equivalent overseas institution.
- Academic excellence and a strong educational background, demonstrating the ability to grasp complex concepts and analytical skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a revenue-focused role, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and implementing effective strategies.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Experience using analytical tools and platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of comprehensive revenue and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of aligning business objectives with revenue initiatives.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
