The Community Analyst will be working in the Corporate Human Resources - Business Development Division.
He/she will build and maintain communities of users for leads and research purposes, as well as establish relationships with universities, for talent solution collaborations.
He/she will be working with fellow Business Development tribe member(s) in expanding business and market for Growth Center (Corporate Human Resource's brand for external clients).
Build and manage relationships (both one-on-one and one-to-many) with business-to-business (B2B) clients, communities, and/or institutions that are related to Growth Center's businesses - business, research, and non -profit purposes.
Introduce the Growth Center to new businesses, communities, and/or institutions by taking the role of the Growth Center's contact person.
Defining, developing, and organizing various community-building initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in community forums specifically in research communities.
Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels.
Developing and managing engaging content such as articles, newsletters, videos, images, or any other communications materials for all social media channels and professional accounts.
Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, universities, and other institutions for talent solution collaborations.
Stay up-to-date with digital community channels/platforms.
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven experience within Community Management or similar role.
A people person and able to empathize and build rapport with others easily.
Strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
Have event management skills and are able to handle several multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment and projects.
Hands-on experience with social media management.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills and can generate impactful content.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver, and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
