Everyworld, an Everyrealm portfolio company, is looking for a Community Builder.
Everyworld is a web3 rewarded ads protocol built using a new economic model of dual incentivization.
**What you'll do**:
- Build the community in discord and twitter Indonesia, both online on social media channels like Discord and X, and hosting in-person at events, meetups, meetings with local partners.
- Organize and coordinate online community events online on Discord and in-person.
- Manage and moderate community sentiment on Discord and help build a healthy, engaged, spirited community.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience.
- Identify local brands and media partners for Everyworld.
- Respond to media inquiries for the organization in Indonesia.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required.
- Maintain records of local media coverage and collate analytics and metrics.
- Manage the logistics for targeted press events to support launches, brand moments, events, etc.
- Protect the community from bots, scams and other malicious actors.
- Constantly learn, research, and experiment with new community building ideas.
- Elevate governance and solicit feedback on new community proposals as needed to the company.
- Monitor and highlight insights within our community that can be helpful to our product and engineering teams.
- Measure and report on the success of community growth and engagement initiatives with qualitative and quantitative data.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar position, particularly related to community growth and management
- Native proficiency in Indonesian and strong written English skills
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of web3 and crypto communities.
- Embedded in the local tech and crypto communities.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to the audience,.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to work in a start-up with high ambition.
