Community Engagement Associate

Our startup is still in stealth mode located in Central Jakarta.
Our team hailed from UC Berkeley, and also top companies from the Bay Area and Indonesia, such as Grab, Gojek, Shopee, Traveloka, OVO, etc.
- Create initiative or engagement event for construction workers community
- Regularly engage the workers by visiting them in the project or invite them to the workshop
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with base and community agencies
- Oversee community engagement events internally and externally
- Manage post-event evaluation after program execution for its improvement and reporting for relevant stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across all functions of the business

**Qualifications**:

- Min.
3 years of experience in related fields
- Degree in related field (marketing, management, operations)
- Experience in managing community members with creative ideas and collaboration
- Broad knowledge of community engagement, content strategy, and campaign
- Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data and translate it into an action plan
- Have an interest in construction industry and a willingness to learn something new
- Good communication skill
