Public Relations Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute PR strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, pitching stories, and responding to media inquiries.
- Develop relationships with key journalists and influencers, building media networks and amplifying brand messages.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the PR function, such as maintaining budgets and tracking progress.
- Execute PR campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
- Support crisis communications and damage control efforts in the event of negative press.
- Represent the organization at public events and conferences, engaging with stakeholders and customers.
- Manage social media accounts, creating content and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to communications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant public relations experience
- Proven track record of successful campaigns
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of media relations, social media, and other communication tactics
