Zero One Group is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR campaigns to enhance our agency's brand visibility and reputation in the digital space.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic public relations and communications campaigns to promote company's services, projects, and achievements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts
- Write compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to secure media coverage and placements.
- Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interview requests, and press events.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content creation, and social media, to ensure PR efforts are aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry engagement, including speaking engagements, panel discussions, and awards submissions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and developments to leverage relevant opportunities for PR initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients on PR-related matters as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience 1-3 working in public relations, preferably within a digital agency or related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling press materials and secure media coverage.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and PR analytics to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to PR initiatives.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
