Ensure transporters, especially new transporters, have a positive experience on the platform that is consistent with our brand and values.
- Develop a transporter communications strategy that is consistent, thoughtful, and promotes behavior we are trying to incentivize.
- Build own community in social media.
- Create interest of NFT and set up demo session.
- Develop a program for understanding and tracking transporter satisfaction and needs, and ensuring those needs are being met through our product and operations.
- Join and do research on local community transporter to tap and introduce Kargo.
- Create a best journey and proper approach to gain demo set up of current database.
- Lead Telesales to get demo session with the Business team.
**Requirements**:

- 2- 3 years relevant work experience in retention/engagement marketing and/or growth.
- Experience defining and running AB-tests.
- Data-centered a deep curiosity of metrics, the ability to identify the right metrics and track and report back on impact.
- Structured thinking and ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
