Community Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with communities in their region with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping and learning together within these communities.
- Maintaining community & partnership by canvassing, researching and conducting the needs of community needs.
- Plan and organize events (both offline and online events) from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Prepare a regular report on the performance of community initiatives and affiliate or partnership programs.
- Manage calendar events, project schedules, and event budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years job experience as community development/management.
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Fluent both in English and Bahasa.
- Strong community-building skills.
- Understanding of branding, marketing, and online community dynamics.
- Ability to think analytically, understand metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
