**Team**:
Creator Operation Team is responsible for all business related to creator from end to end.
This includes creators onboarding, maintenance, education, and identifying potential creators which could be our KOL.
Creator Operation Team is also responsible for building a healthy community consisting of creators and helping them grow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to drive talent community growth and pipeline on Helo (including but not limited to project planning & executing, workshops, events and marketing campaigns).
- Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams (content strategy, content operation, trending, marketing, communications, etc.)
to drive strategic community growth in both creator numbers & content ecosystem.
- Track, analyze and optimize the performance of community development efforts including community size, active rate, content quality, product adoption, video views and audience growth.
- Develop close relationships between you and your community members and also between creators.
- Manage overall performance of their team by setting clear goals, enabling through guidance & ensuring a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Minimum 5+ years in community management and have digital or startup or MCN background (i.e.
Traveloka, GoTo, Shopee, FMCG companies).
- Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoys communication with users, and delivering daily support with a strong user-driven mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Can make decisions as an expert in community management by data and reasonable logical thinking.
- Able to work in a team and lead a small team to achieve business objectives.
