**What you will do**:
Analyse the regional compensation and benefit plans annually to ensure their competitiveness with leading FinTech companies-
- Support PxBP Manager and CPxO in driving competitive pay and total rewards reviews, developing tailored annual rewards strategies (merit, cost of living, promotion, market adjustment, bonus and ESOP guidelines)-
- Work closely with PxBP Manager and CPxO to derive internal pay-ranges and track any pay-gaps-
- Own the design of compensation policies for all regional job families in to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity-
- Be the point person for our Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) for administration including issuance and exercise with accompanying software-
- Assist with Performance Review and Promotion process for regional teams: work closely with the Business Partnering & Operations team to create Performance Review and Promotion/ Salary review policies; communicate policies to local HRBPs and coordinate with them to ensure smooth progress; collect local feedback, analyse data-
- Assist in advising PxBPs in sensitive areas of compensation and talent management.-
- Liaise with Finance and compliance teams of backend reporting**What we are looking for**:
Working experience: Preferably to have at least 5 years of experience in C&B area-
- Strong analytical capabilities: Analyse trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine C&B strategies.-
- Be able to communicate effectively with employees across SEA, the broad Px team and business leads-
- Deal with confidential information and therefore, must be ethical and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.-
- Hands on experience with managing large datasets, MS Office Skills and all things Google-
- Hands-on experience in managing, extracting and analysing C&B data from compensation systems and reporting tools like Mercer, Radford etc.
