**Job Description**:
Compensation and Benefit
- Register each company entity with BPJS KS and BPJS TK
- Administrative support for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS TK for Employee (PU) and BPJS TK for Mitra (BPU)
- Maintain personnel salary data (includes salary adjustment, promotion) for employee and Mitra per entity under PT Modular Kuliner Indonesia
- Prepare budget data for each entity under PT Modular Kuliner Indonesia
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and give BPJS information and help
Payroll
- Prepare the data for the monthly payroll
- Prepares data for Payroll Reconciliation
- Prepares data for tax reporting for each entity
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records for tax-saving activities, tax filings, and audits
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh Graduate, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field is preferred
- Have previous experience as HR Intern in a startup company
- Proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail, good interpersonal, and communication skills
