Job Description

Assist administration, collect and compile HR C&B documents
Support & Guide employee to register insurance, tax id, efin registration and others that related to C&B
Prepare inputs to reports, summaries, graphs and inputs to presentations in support to various department activities.
Provide support to the organization of workshops and meetings.
Perform any other duties as required.

Requirement

**Requirements**:
Study in any major, preferred in Economic or related major.
Undergraduate students in 7-8th Semester. Fresh graduate (with no working experience) welcome to apply.
GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00).
Available being internship for 6 months and located in Jakarta.
Good at Microsoft word, excel, PPT.
Good written and verbal communication in English.
Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, comfortable with change - knows how and when to be effective.
Good work attitude, team work and result oriented.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
