Compliance Associate

This role will be reporting to the **Compliance Manager - Legal & Compliance Division**.

**Main Function**

Monitoring risks that may arise against the company, ensuring that the company's business activities are within the corridors of applicable laws and regulations, and coordinating and reporting to regulators.

**Job Responsibility**
- Monitoring business processes in the company.
- Assess the company's internal policies.
- Always ensure the enforceability of new regulations that have an impact on the company.
- Educating company employees on new policies or regulations that have an impact on the company.
- Prepare all data needed to report to regulators, both routine and incidental.
- Ensure the implementation of AML CFT program in the company environment.
- Conduct an inventory of documents related to company compliance.

**Job Requirement**
- Have at least 1 year experience in compliance
- Previous experience in the financial industry is a plus.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of applicable government regulations.
- Have good communication skills both written and oral
