Through our 3DNAs, we implement Everyone is an Owner to strengthen our core value in developing as a team, Growth Mindset to never stop learning, and A Will to Win to have courage in being excellent in everything we do!- Organize incoming and outgoing letter (softcopy & hardcopy)- Create schedule for socialization and FGD on google calendar for Ajaib attendees- Organize and documenting correspondences numbering for ASA- Prepare Bank Statement request form recapitulation for Permata Bank and send the hardcopy on a monthly basis- Organize the reimbursement- Assist internal auditor to input data from documents to working paper (Ms. Excel)- Check completeness of data submission from auditee according to the list of data request- Assist to monitor completion of follow up action from auditee according to committed date and archive the evidence**Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law/Economy/Accounting/Management- Min 1 year experience as Compliance/Internal Audit, fresh graduates are welcome- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**WFA
