Compliance Supervisor (Head Office Placement

**Responsibilities**:
1.
Drafting, sending, released President Director Compliance Message every month to al employees

2.
Developing, implementing and improve detailed compliance actions plan and compliance training plan

3.
Provide training for all employees, annual training, induction training for new employees and also e-learning and compliance committe meeting

4.
Filling compliance documents, all the forms, minutes of meetings and updates the forms regularly and as necessary

5.
Support and handle Compliance Audits (Self Check Audits, Operational Audits, Internal/External Audits)

6.
Maintaining and handling whistleblowing reports, do effectivity survey on the Whistleblowing policy

7.
Monitor OSS and communicating with BKPM if there are any changes required in OSS

**Requirements**:
2.
4-5 years of working experience in Legal or Compliance

3.
Good knowledge of Indonesian law and its applicability to business situation, Effective training skills, strategic problem solving

4.
Having an in-depth knowledge in compliance controls, Anti bribery law, Competition law

5.
Having ability to influence, good communication skill, high level integrity and initiative to speak up

6.
High level of communication in English
