**About the Role
**GoPay Consumer Engagement Associate will be responsible for any GoPay MTU acquisition and activation by creating and implementing strategic marketing plans across various touch points namely visibility, partnership, and digital to name a few.
You will also be responsible for the marketing funnel of GoPay at the appointed district aligned with the headquarter initiatives.
You will work closely with the GoPay Marketing, RCEH and GoPay sales team
**What You Will Do**:
- To support District Head to drive consumer acquisition and engagement for GoPay related product with focus areas in:
- POI acquisition and domination which include POI prominent visibility, POSM deployment, Users acquisition and activation program
- HQ program amplification
- Prepare strategy and execution for GoPay users acquisition and activation based on local insight
- Managing all day to day marketing executional activities from all districts needed to deliver the consumer engagement plans.
e.g.
contract, PO, invoice, etc.
- Ensure all consumer engagement activities in districts are delivered with a given standard of accuracy, completeness, timeliness as per the standard package and local initiatives.
- Externally supervise vendors/daily workers in executing merchant branding and POI domination on a regular basis.
- Internally work with direct responsibility to deliver district executions and targets by executing events, exhibits, and other activities.
- Good with data to develop and execute clear integrated strategies of digital marketing with clear metrics and excellent results.
- Be responsible for setting the integrated communications plan and ensure consistency of messaging and brand communications.
Working closely with the sales, government relations, and operations team.
**What You Will Need**:
- Min 2 years of working experience in Marketing/Sales
- Good understanding of local knowledge
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skill with the ability to play it well independently and in a team
- Good collaboration with compassion and proactiveness
- Agile and fast in thinking and execution
- Have exposure of working at a top global FMCG and Tech company would be a plus point
**About the Team
**Gopay CE will be key driver for Gopay user activation and acquisition in respective regions.
He/she will collaborate intensively with the respective District Head, Regional Consumer Engagement head and Marketing team in HQ to drive consumers activation, increase ubiquity of gopay to win in respected category while also run and execute all strategies defined.
