Consumer Insight Senior Manager - Fmcg

Prior Consumer centric industry experience is a must
- Experience in Consumer Insights is a must

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner brand team to develop a robust innovation pipeline, fully qualified.
- Drive turnaround and growth through rigorous implementation of improved product, communication and packaging, properly validated
- Create and drive the consumer insights practice, being the voice of the consumer and custodians of brand health
- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations
- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8-10 years experience in consumer centric industry
- Experience in FMCG / Managing FMCG Companies is a must
- Strong background in consumer research, recommendation & analytical skills
- Prior category experience in beverages is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
