Telesales Officer performs basic assignments. Works under direct supervision. May service a range of products/services. Applies knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities. Applies attention to detail and task accuracy. Exchanges basic to moderately complex information with others to ensure understanding and provide basic support. Requires basic written, verbal and listening skills. Basic knowledge of the organization. Selects best course of action from multiple, defined options. Selects appropriate procedures to resolve problems which may involve uncommon variations. Anticipates problems and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outboud calls based on customer data to help to achievel loan goal
- Provide differentiated outboud services and introduce competitive products and services so as to deepen customer relationship and enhance customer satisfactions
- Comply with internal/external policy and procedures ensuring operational integrity
**Qualifications**:
- Knowledge on the bank's products
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Conveys ideas effectively in oral Tele-sales skill and persuasive/effective pitch skill Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tele-sales manner
- Preventive efforts to manage customer complaints
- Proactive attitude
