Control Tower

1. Monitoring the field implementation plan, Appsheet, and POD

2. Follow up on the drivers and riders locations.

3. Follow up and responding to customer complaints

3. Updating arrival progress

4. Daily and weekly reports

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00

2. Having more than 1 year experience as CT is a must

3. Good communication and Excel skills

4. Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and full WFO

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
