**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and provide oversight on a daily basis; hold 1:1 with direct reports.
- Provide operational, technical and day-to-day guidance as needed.
- Ensure utilization and process adherence KPIs; structure regular reviews to include KPIs.
- Lead and manage the supply chain including sourcing, inventory and fleet.
- Coach, train, and develop talent to improve performance.
- Oversee proactive monitoring of all warehouse solutions.
- Drive automation for repeatable tasks to optimize results.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service levels.
- Drive efforts to control costs by using and refining time and productivity standards.
- Oversee management of shifts/schedules, capacity planning, and staffing to ensure complete coverage and full utilization.
- Collaborate on internal projects to drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering or Logistic Engineering.
- Have experience working in the same field Min 4 years
- Understanding Company K3
- Mastering warehouse administration flow
- Strong focus on operational excellence; able to communicate effectively with company/brand leadership and team members.
- Management and hands-on experience with all aspects of warehouse operations in a similar setting, environment and scaling requirements.
- Experience managing development of processes, procedures, methods and key metrics using reporting and analytics to drive efficiencies, identify gaps.
- Have good leadership, excellent communication, great Interpersonal Skill
