**Corporate Legal Associate**

**Description**:

- Provide legal support and advice on corporate matters, including contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
- Participate in negotiations and discussions with external parties, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder meetings, and regulatory filings.
- Handle legal correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualification**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent
- Work Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or related field
- Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Characteristics: Ethical, professional, organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
