**Job Description**:
1. Manage and maintain asset document administration at the CA custodian, conducting regular stocktaking and ensuring compliance with document expiry dates.
2. Act as the primary Administrator User of the e-Manual Application, overseeing its efficient utilization and providing guidance to users as needed.
4. Assist in orchestrating the logístical aspects of the General Meeting of Shareholders, including procurement of necessary supplies, catering, and other support services.
5. Collaborate with the Corporate Secretary in drafting and preparing internal memos, outgoing correspondence, and standard legal documents such as power of attorney and statement letters.
6. Provide essential support to other departments by furnishing corporate data and information stored within the Corporate Affairs database.
7. Execute additional tasks and assignments delegated by superiors with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
4. Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
5. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
7. Fluency in English is essential, with a demonstrated ability to draft professional correspondence and documentation accurately.
8. Proactive problem-solving mindset, self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
