Corporate Strategy & Planning Specialist - Holding

An ideal Strategic Planner stays up-to-date with industry trends and developments, enabling them to provide valuable insight into potential organizational changes and opportunities. They have exceptional communication skills and can collaborate effectively with senior executives, offering their expertise to support decision-making processes.**Responsibilities**- Collaborate with executives and managers to develop long-term strategic objectives for the organization.- Monitor business climate, technology trends and developments, and government activities in areas related to the company's current and future product lines of business.- Lead trials related to new business initiatives, pilot programs, and regional launches; based on trial results, make, recommend, and implement adjustments and modifications.- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, customer preferences, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and risks that may impact the company's strategic decisions.- Collaborate with business unit administration and line managers to produce profitable business and product plans; evaluate these plans periodically.- Monitors Company Objectives & Projects- Perform other related duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:- At least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably focusing on Corporate Strategy, Management Development, or related.- Have a good understanding of business administration, management, and business forecasting strategies and techniques.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Well knowledge of Balance scorecard, Objective Key Result, and Risk Assessment- Familiar with Power BI- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to Rp20,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your current salary?
