**About the Job**

We are looking for an exceptional and ambitious Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for product compliance focusing on food supplements and cosmetics. You will be responsible for coordinating all international Federal/State/Municipal regulatory compliance aspects.

Working remotely from Indonesia, you will coordinate all aspects of Compliance with respect to product, business development, sourcing and vendor management. This position will work with our Product Development, Quality, Brand & Legal functions and nominated regulatory agencies to develop, refine and ensure the products compliance process is developed and is in line with emerging market advancements.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Compliance_
- Working alongside Brand and Product Development to ensure compliance of all new and existing products with global legislative requirements (FDA, EC, HSA etc)
- Complete the registration of all new products/categories when the same is not covered by external regulatory partners
- Liaise with nominated regulatory agencies and manufacturers to overcome compliance issues and suggest corrective measures
- Assist with the substantiation of product claims, conduct own research and support Marketing and Brand providing adequate evidences
- Support the Product teams in quality-related matters should the adherence to international standards and overall product compliance be at risk Business Development Compliance
- Identify and manage regulatory requirements to enter new markets
- Identify and manage regulatory requirements to enter new channels
- B2B: evaluate the compliance requirements submitted by new Retailers and act as main point of contact until registration is completed Vendor Management
- Support the Operations Director in screening new suppliers and conduct due diligence before on-boarding commences
- Own and coordinate all the supplier on-boarding processes until full assessment and registration are completed
- Be the Brand ambassador in all gatherings involving external partners
- Define the minimum requirements for factories compliance (CSR), ensure conformity and lead the implementation of a continuous improvement plan (road map to sustainability)
- Act with integrity and enforce the Company Code of Conduct in all occasions
- Supplier relationship management
- Support Legal and Quality in conveying respective requirements to trading partners and manufacturers
- Internal Processes_
- Work with nominated regulatory partners to build a global compliance matrix pertinent to Supernova current and future product categories and main markets of distribution
- Align with the Operations Director and Executive team on compliance and sustainability KPIs and monitor their annual achievement
- Continually improve and upgrade internal processes and SOPs
- Formulate and disseminate relevant reports
- Own and maintain the supplier database and the central compliance archive

**Your Profile**
- 2+ years of experience in a regulatory, vendor management or corporate responsibility role, preferably coming from a high regulated industry, such as Cosmetics, Food or Pharmaceutical
- Previous experience in a global e-commerce or multi-channel / multi-Brand environment are definite plus as the successful person will need to hit the ground running
- You come with a natural hands-on attitude
- You are able to see the big picture and link your department's goals to the priorities of the business key stakeholders
- Extraordinary attention to detail, you are able to organise and prioritise your workload
- Effective communicator, you are not afraid of taking responsibility and make critical decisions
- Fluent in English, Mandarin or other European languages are plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to handle complex reports/databases
