Cost Control (Semarang)

Min 2 experience working in **F&B is required**:- Analyze and explain variances of actual vs budgeted F&B cost- Ensure profit and loss (P&L) accuracy by consistently balancing restaurant expenses for overspending or miscoding.- Facilitate monthly profit and loss (P&L) critiques with management to discuss shortfalls in revenue production and overspending.- Provide weekly F&B cost and revenue forecasts.- Produce on-demand F&B control-related reports/recommendations.- Support target analysis and budgeting processes.- Develop and implement improvements and cost-cutting measures to existing operating procedures to maximize efficiency without compromising quality.- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of cost and controls within the group.- Esta Ensure Cost of Good Sold (COGS) - Beverage calculation is done after each Cash Bar function.- blish and maintain standards for consistent cost control for all F&B items.Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 12 bulanUpah: Rp7.500.000 - Rp8.500.000 per bulan
