Title: Country Logistics Manager
Grade: 10
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Position Summary:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Single point of contact for all the services supply-related ops in Indonesia.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled (picked, packed, and dispatched) accurately within the agreed SLA Review and prepare workflow, manpower and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
- Participate in designing, establishing, and implementing operations management procedures, quality control processes, and various indicator systems, and be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations.
- Implement and improve the rules and regulations, standardize operating standards and processes, and monitor each metric; plan budgets, and reduce costs.
- Use systems to keep records, edit, and manage the required reporting.
- Responsible for achieving BU key metrics for the coun try/region.
- Provides adequate response/information to questions/requests from in and external customers.
- Processes customer complaints and provides updates to customers.
- Work closely with inventory planning and inventory control teams to ensure adequate inventory is available in the country.
- Managing suppliers such as rework, warehouse, and transportation.
- Bill validation
- Maintains targeted service level objectives by constantly monitoring open service calls suspended for parts.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of Supply chain-related experience will be preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related Logistics discipline.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrates problem-solving/analytical/planning skills gained through formal education, certification, and work experience.
- Expertise in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency and works on urgent tasks to completion where it might require working more than daily regular working hours.
- Knowledgeable in all Field Logistics Operations processes and procedures will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
