Lead Indonesia office as Country manager to expand their Indonesia business more and directly report to Director Expatriate
Develop and maintain distributor to maximize their sales volumes
Making sure Indonesia's industry is in good condition to make the sales strategy align with HO and the Overseas Office
Dive in market condition and needs to provide promotion plan for their customers and distributors.
Achieve the sale target of Indonesia branch, not only as management team but as single contributor if it is necessary.
