**Job Overview**
We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual as our Country Manager to manage and expand our business in Indonesia.
This individual will be required to provide strategic direction and maintain a strategic relationship with key clients to ensure client value and business outcomes.
The role will be a people manager with the opportunity to manage various functions of the Indonesia office to execute business strategies, expand the company's business coverage in the country, drive client retention and achieve the overall financial target.
The individual will play a pivotal role in the expansion of our business in the region and ensure the increase in the company's presence in Indonesia.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong local business network and an entrepreneur mindset.
Cybersecurity-related experience will be a plus.
The individual should have a strong passion for building the business with a long-term strategic mindset.
**Duties And Responsibilities**:
- Full accountability of the P&L and performance of Indonesia's business.
- Define and execute overall strategy and vision to drive success for the business.
- Establish sales strategies and target with the sales team to achieve the quarterly revenue targets of the business through regular cadence.
- Be responsible for strategies execution for business to expand clients base and perform sales/business activities driving business growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans based on the business's goals.
- Establish a senior executive relationship and expand the business network to enable the team to achieve its overall revenue target.
- Responsible for developing a highly motivated and efficient team to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with various corporate functions locally and in HQ to ensure business objectives and processes are established.
- Timely reporting on the business performance including financial, people, delivery, and sales plan.
- Manages and directs employee management in the various departments
- Kept abreast of the industry and competitors' trends to develop a unique value proposition of our service offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Engineering, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience (with 5 years spent in a leadership capacity).
- Possess knowledge and experience in managing a business which includes areas of financial management, budgeting, sales development, negotiation, and reporting.
- Self-motivated possesses strong leadership skills and a keen entrepreneurial mindset.
- A strong understanding of the sales processes and managing large complex deals will be an advantage.
- Possess strong business acumen and network in the Indonesian market.
- Demonstrate strong relationships with customer decision-makers and key management levels.
- Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision-makers.
**Preferred Skills/Qualities**:
- Highly social team player who enjoys working with and collaborating across functional groups.
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Cloud, Technology, System Integration, or Consulting related business will be an advantage.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a believer in disrupting one-self to continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa for Indonesia-based role).
Other language skills will be a plus.
- Experience working in virtual teams supporting cross borders delivery and sales.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and possess an entrepreneurial mindset and capability.
