Responsibilities
• Develop and grow the business in line with SBU strategies to drive for profitable growth and market share gaining.• Create a winning culture within the organization through employees who have high aspirations, passion & energy.• Lead all aspects of the business to enable a profitable operation that achieves high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, quality and on-time delivery of services and products.• Direct the development of the strategic & financial plans, and oversee monthly forecasts.• Lead and build a winning team that optimizes customer satisfaction, revenue generation and employee engagement.• Develop people and build organizational capabilities across multiple functions and business streams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Masters degree plus minimum 15 years experience in the industry, including general management, with proven track record in managing teams to deliver results.• Strong sales leadership experience with a successful track record in business development and sales achievements.• Operational leadership experience as a general manager or a division general manager of a large-or-medium-sized company.• Financially astute, top- and bottom-line conscious.• Experience working for a multinational company in a multicultural environment preferred.• Demonstrated strong leadership ability especially in the area of change management and driving org transformation for growth.• Positive, team-based management style with high learning agility.
