The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates.
The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

- Regularly communicates with couriers to get feedback on their experience working for a speedy delivery
- Providing support and resource, such as training and development opportunities, a system and tools to support the work
- Improving the courier experience by implementing changes such as providing a better system, and operational excellence improvements
- Organizing events and activities such as team-building exercises and social outings, to foster a sense of community and camaraderie among the couriers
- Recognizing and rewarding top performers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia as well as having 8 - 10 years of experience in communication strategy and execution, content development, engagement, and training for blue-collar or SMEs
- Have the ability to conduct communication research as well as set, measure, and achieve quantifiable communication targets
- Strong understanding of social media, apps based media communication
- Strong communication and public speaking skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally
