Job Descriptions:

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers/tenants
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out well and effectively

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Tenant Relations, preferably experience in Shopping Centers
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Innovative, disciplined, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Ambassador Mall)

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
