JOB DESCRIPTION
• Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and producing compelling visual and written content for marketing catnpaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent creative execution.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Oversee the design and production of packaging, pronu»tional tuaterials, digital assets, and other marketing collateral (Videographer, Graphic Designer, Social Media Specialist, R&D)
• Manage the creative budget, ensuring ellicient allocation of-resources [Or projects.
Analyze the eflZsctiveness ofcreative campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize perlörmance and ROI.
• Stay updated about industry trends and competitor activities to identi1S' opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to execute high quality creative work.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior management and key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2 years of e.xperience in a creative leadership role within the retail personal care products industry, with a focus on men's grooming would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent leadership, taste in arts, cominunication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with video production, photography, and content creation for digital and social media platfornns.
• Experience managing and inspiring creative teams to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines.
• Visionary thinker with a passion for men's grooming and personal care trends.
