JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description :
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies to meet the company's marketing objectives
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
- Monitor and manage social media, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community
- Collaborate with other department teams to create and implement social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and implement innovative strategies to drive growth and engagement
JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Experience working as a Social Media Executive or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiar with KPI to track and measure the success of social media performances
