Job Responsibilities Conducting a detailed credit analysis based on information furnished by the borrower, publicly available information, the lender's evaluation of the borrower's credit needs, and the ability to pay across a range of products against credit standards set by the organization.
Credit decision making based on delegation granted
At senior level, person in charged of the role is expected to:
Identify underwriting weaknesses and suggest changes.
Develops, maintains, and evaluates portfolios for compliance to firm-wide or business unit policies and regulations.
Job Requirements Bachelor degree with at least 3-5 years of experience in underwriting
Logical thinking & decision making
Ability to work as individual and in team as well
