**Requirements**:
Minimal Bachelor degree (any major)

Excellent English skill (oral and written)

Experienced in making and reviewed Credit policies

Minimum 3 years experience in the same Managerial level from financial/ banking industry

Have good analytical and communication skill

APPI certified for Managerial level

Risk Management Certification

Performing an effective competitor analysis function by studying all related aspects in order to increase the company's competitive advantage in the market

Measuring and achieving optimal levels of productivity and quality of work from the work team in related department

Establish an effective review, evaluation and monitoring scheme in support of its work

Ensuring the development of subordinates' capabilities to achieve the set performance targets

Conduct employee-related approval processes (Attendance, Performance Evaluation, promotions, sanctions, rotations, etc.)
