Crewing Specialist Tug & Barge

**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in crewing area (tugboats and barges is an advantage)

Preferably from shipping industries and good knowledge in crewing port

Solid knowledge of maritime laws and regulation

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive with good problem-solving skills, resourceful and able to work towards deadlines with right sense of urgency

Good attitude & passion for crewing

Good interpersonal and communication skills

**RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. Sourcing, scouting, and selecting crew based on Tug & Barge requirement.

4. Making report of Crewing and Recruitment activities (numbers of crews recruited and resigned during report period, crew level.)

5. Conduct mess visit to scouting best talent.

6. Cover any additional job orders as and when instructed by TS, HR, Shipping Operation team.

**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
